Farm Safety Education by Safe Kids Fargo-Moorhead
Safe Kids Worldwide has been in operation for years, focusing on the prevention of unintentional childhood
injury and fatality. We at Safte Kids FM strive to look for fun and creative ways to educate children and
caregivers alike on the many modalities of injury/fatality in order to keep children safe.
One of the many areas we are focused on is farm safety! From kids who work on farms to kids who visit farms
via agritourism to enjoy all of the wonders a farm offers!
Our team will demonstrate, with manipulatives and examples, the risks of entering a grain bin, grain pile safety,
ATV safety, and how to protect your hearing on the farm.
